Is my donation Tax Deductible?

In most cases a donation made to a charity on our platform is only tax deductible to the donor if they are a tax payer in the country the charity is located. Please confirm with the relevant tax body for the country in question to confirm as different countries may have different regulations regarding overseas donations.

What is our refund policy?

Each user that makes a donation and/or purchase through the platform has agreed to the following terms of use;

Any donation, purchases or other transactions made through the Platform by a User inserting that User’s credit card details is final and not disputable. Where there has been an unauthorised use of a User’s credit card, and the unauthorised nature of that use is proved on the balance of probabilities, then the donation will be refunded unless it has already been credited to the relevant Beneficiary.

Unfortunately every now and then people make mistakes when making a donation or purchase through the ItAllCounts platform. As with many of the transactions on the platform we issue a DGR receipt. We have to be extra diligent around processing refunds as this is open to fraudulent behaviour. We ask that you contact the charity and request that they manage your refund.

Can I get a receipt for my donation? What do I need to do?

ItAllCounts automatically generates a receipt for your donation which can be found in your donor login. The beneficiary of your donation may also send you a receipt for the same transaction. Only 1 version of the receipt can be used as a tax deduction.

 Go to the ItAllCounts Donor Account login page

  1. Enter the email address you used when making your donation.
  2. Click on Donation History
  3. Click View Receipt.

Please Note: Some emails are known to filter out of your inbox into your Junk/Spam/Clutter/Quarantine folders so please check these folders as well for your charity receipt.
